The Marketing & Events Manager will manage all internal and external communications efforts and lead the planning and execution of all organization events. This position plays a vital role in shaping how HIRE presents its mission, programs, and outcomes to the public, donors, and community partners. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant managerial experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about workforce development and reentry work.

Director of Development

The Director of Development is a key member of the leadership team, responsible for designing, leading, and implementing all fundraising and revenue development strategies for HIRE. This role oversees grants, sponsorships, individual giving, and social enterprise funding opportunities as well as our marketing department. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and strong relationship-builder with proven success in nonprofit fundraising and a passion for HIRE’s mission.

The Training Programs Manager is a program leadership role responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HIRE’s training programs and social enterprise initiatives. This role combines program management, staff supervision, curriculum development, partnership building, and participant oversight. This position supervises program staff, interns, and clients, and plays a key role in shaping HIRE’s workforce development model.
